This is a remedy for those who are not afraid to try it. One big hint, DO NOT USE REGULAR TAP WATER here in AZ. How to use...

Neti is the oldest form of  nasal cleansing, developed from ancient Indian yoga traditions.  "Neti" means nasal cleansing.

What it does open up the nasal passages to relieve headaches and symptoms for allergies and colds.

It moistens and sooths dry nasal passages. This can be done with distilled slightly warm water and  saline solution (1/2 tsp of  per pot.)

Test the water temperature on the inside of your wrist. It needs to feel comfortable there.

If it is your first time, try half of a pot and go slow. Any sign of stinging could be due to the chemicals in tap water.
